Howdy, ho! My name is Igor.

First of all, “redneck” is just a mention to all good times that I had at Taubaté (São Paulo – Brazil), and it’s not my nickname. The idea of creating this blog at the beginning was just to publish the latest project that I had contributed but now I think is time start getting envolved with the front-end community, specially AsctionScript.

Right now I’m living in São Paulo and working on F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi (www.fnazca.com.br). I was employed in various other online ad agencies in São Paulo, e.g. Gabba, Gringo, AgenciaClick ISOBAR, Datamidia FCBI, FBiz etc and some others in Sydney, e.g. Tribal DDB and The Campaign Palace (the both as freelancer), and was granted with the opportunity of working with huge clients: Nike, Skol, Absolut, Motorola, Smirnoff, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Cisco, Volkswagen are among them.

While working towards exciting projects I learned a thing or two about actionscript 2 and 3, mxml, javascript, data integration (AMF, HTTP Request, Flash Remoting Server, WebService), standards, svn , git, information architecture and now eager for studiyng ruby.

I was even granted an Absolut Mixology Certificate (distinction for Cosmopolitan) ;)
